Main Stage
The hub of numerous exciting and highly informative panel discussions and keynotes will be the Main Stage in Hall 11.0. You can look forward to insights into our top themes ProGreen, FutureScapes and MultiTech. In addition, the EVVC will inform you about new perspectives on the subject of sustainability as part of the Green Sessions.
New: Theatre Stage
At the new Theatre Stage (Hall 12.0), you will be inspired by exciting topics related to the theatre, as well as new ideas from innovative companies.
The new Theatre College powered by VPLT will provide you with important information and tips on exciting topics related to the theatre industry.
In addition, Theatre Talk will take place on the stage every day, where companies will have the opportunity to meet interested trade visitors for a direct exchange.
Prolight + Sound Colleges
Look forward to our expanded knowledge programme. The Prolight + Sound Colleges consist of three bilingual formats: the Camera College (in cooperation with the BVFK – German Federal Association of Television Cameramen), the ProAudio College (in cooperation with the VDT – German Association of Sound Engineers) and the Theatre College powered by VPLT (in cooperation with the VPLT – German Association for Media and Event Technology).
You will receive written confirmation of the knowledge you have acquired for attending the colleges. Some of the lectures will be held in German and some in English.
International Event Safety + Security Conference (I-ESC) | Hall 11.0
The I-ESC (International Event Safety + Security Conference), organised by VPLT – The German Media and Event Technology Association, offers international speakers on event safety and security a platform for discussing current topics in the event and live performance industry and for debating them with the audience. Many topics that concern the event industry are being examined intensively.
Numerous keynote speeches on important topics of event safety and security are intended to give you starting points for discussions with the speakers, e.g. during the breaks.
New in 2025: The Knowledge Forum | Portalhaus, C-level, Room Prisma
Practical knowledge, new ideas from young, creative minds in the industry, exciting perspectives on topics that move the event industry. This is the brand new Knowledge Forum. Informative lectures and discussions await you on two days of the fair (Tuesday 8 April and Thursday 10 April 2025).
