  • Tuesday, 8 April, 12:00 hrs - ‘AI: The Stage is Yours’: Dr. Uve Samuels, CEO and founder of the Exponential Innovation Institute, will explain how AI is revolutionising the customer experience in the event industry in his keynote address on 8 April. He will present current developments and show how companies can develop and scale their own AI products.
  • Wednesday, 9 April, 12:00 hrs - ‘Entertaining Change’: Sven Ortel, Professor of Practice at Arizona State University, will highlight innovative concepts for merging technology and storytelling in his keynote address. Today's creative professionals need to be familiar with many tools, including AI, game engines, mixed reality and streaming platforms. Drawing on his work as a designer and educator, he presents possible solutions and discusses how to prepare the next generation of event organisers for success.
  • Thursday, 10 April, 12:00 hrs: ‘Empowering Creativity in the Age of Advanced Technology’: Vickie Claiborne, a renowned digital media and lighting designer, will talk about the balancing act between technological progress and creative freedom on 10 April. She will shed light on how modern technologies, including AI, influence and expand creative processes.
  • Thursday, 10 April 2025, 16:00 hrs.: ‘From Data to Emotion: Using Artificial Intelligence and Event Psychology to Recognise and Address Emotions’ – Dr. Steffen Ronft (EVVC). The combination of artificial intelligence and event psychology marks a change in modern event management. In this stimulating session, you will learn how today's AI technologies, in conjunction with event psychology, open up opportunities to improve your goal achievement and the satisfaction of your guests.
