TESTA - Tester for Motor Controllers

This device was inspired by the ongoing change in the industry, where dimming lights are being replaced with intelligent lights, fully controlled by DMX. SPNet, a switiching unit for lighting fixtures. This unit was made to easily replace older dimmers while also utilizing various communication protocols for uses outside lighting industry.

Every channel of the switching unit can be controlled remotely with a 25A high inrush contactor. The device also has a built-in merger, which means that you can connect two DMX lines and an Ethernet one for multiple protocols.

SPNet is the most feature-rich, in terms of individual channel monitoring & control. Most importantly though, we've added numerous communication protocols, such as DMX, Art-Net, sACN, as well as multiple open-source protocols.

Drawing on our extensive experience in manufacturing AHD motor controllers and incorporating feedback from the most demanding production environments worldwide, we have designed this Compact & Handy AHD variation.

This 12-channel motor controller features 3 Socapex multipin connectors, one of which parallels 4 CEE 16/4 connectors, eliminating the need for fanouts when directly connecting motors to the controller.

Additionally, a CEE 16/5 auxiliary output is particularly beneficial for pickle connection, enhancing the system's versatility.

Another convenient aspect is the inclusion of 2 auxiliary parallel outputs (Schuko and TRUE1 TOP connector), protected by a 16A RCBO.

All of these handy features are hidden in compact 6U body, which makes this motor controller truly Compact & Handy.

As all of the AHD-DV Advanced Digital Hoist Controllers, this one also contains features like Group-stop and E-STOP, ensures synchronized movement and safety through its APA (Automatic Phase Align) and AVM (Automatic Voltage Metering) modules. Housed in a durable steel rack, it's compliant with CE European Directives, highlighting its commitment to reliability and regulatory standards.

The SRS Lighting VLAN-toolbox is a user interface for a switch; very explicitly intended to significantly simplify and speed up controlling the switch.

This switch controller makes the use of a PC/laptop unnecessary and, if desired, only collects the information on the display that you need for managing the switch. This almost completely rules out incorrect actions and connections. The chance of losing access to the switch due to an incorrect setting is also a thing of the past.

At the same time, the display does provide all the information needed to check the proper functioning of individual ports and VLANs, such as the load per port (TX / RX), the speed per port and the power consumption when using PoE, and in general CPU load and which ports are active (UP/DOWN).

In fact, the VLAN-toolbox switch controller only has one operating device: a rotary encoder + push button. This allows you to scroll to the desired function with the cursor > and confirming your choice by pressing the same button.

The VLAN-toolbox can be equipped with very solid fiber optic connections. Two pieces on the VLAN-toolbox 8 – 2 and four pieces on the VLAN-toolbox 24 – 4. While other optical connectors become unreliable after a few connections, the Q- ODC (push-pull) connectors of the VLAN-toolbox guaranteed to be connected/disconnected 5.000 times. Using the fiber optic connections, speeds of 2GB/s (VLAN-toolbox 8 – 2), 40GB/s (VLAN-toolbox 24 – 4) and redundancy are achievable.

Developed for Metallica M72 world tour, AHD Uni-V is compatible with both American and European power systems.

AHD Uni-V is compliant with both UL and CE standards, focused on safety and practicality. The engineering team accounted for human error and added extra protection for working with different voltages: if by any chance, the motor controller is set to the wrong mode, the hardware simply won’t let it start operating.

The device is also extremely easy to service thanks to a new PCB which utilizes only MOLEX connectors: say ‘good-bye’ to soldering and welcome a new era of simply (dis)connecting & changing the circuit board. Additionally, the AHD-UniV is equipped with phase voltage and sequence monitoring, which allows you to always stay in control!
