MOVECAT TOURING-RACK

The MOVECAT Touring Rack is the first choice when it comes to traveling with D8 and D8Plus drives. It doesn’t mind the rigors of touring: Its shock-absorbing road case with six carrying handles and four casters make it usable anywhere. The weight of 68 kg make this rack mobile and easy to move.

Up to 12 combined touring racks (max. 384 hoists in a T-connection) are possible, up to 16 (MPC 16TD8), 24 (MPC 24TD8) or 32 (MPC 32TD8) direct control hoists. Up to four external three-stage enabling switches in a DMB system (release/deadman system) can be connected.

V-MOTION

Our V-Motion Series is the heart of our modular build principle. Its purpose is to control any variable speed device you can imagine and link them into MOVECAT’s I-Motion network. It contains main- and safety processors, the frequency converter (from 1.5KW up to 12.5KW) and basically all the electronics you need to either control MOVECAT’s machinery or even any other machinery (for example hoists, trolleys or podiums) via our I-Motion network on one of our show-consoles.

With our V-Motion-technique, we can even integrate 3rd-party products in our system. A V-Motion provides an LED Display, showing you actual states of the drive right in place, like position load, general “health” and so on. Furthermore, you can use it as a single-drive backup controller for emergency situations or maintenance with up to 70m hybrid connection cable.

VMW-S ENTERTAINMENT WINCH

Our VMW-S high speed winch is dedicated to the entertainment market. Plug and Play setup with our I-Motion System, connectable to 52cm trussing, and officially approved for flying artists.

It is manufactured according to BGV C1/DGUV-17, DIN56950, EN61508 (SIL3) and DGUV315-390 checked. Whilst in can lift 125kg it is blazingly fast: 3m per second. Or incredibly slow with our closed-loop system -> 0m per second and 1 second acceleration to full speed and full load.

I-MOTION-SYSTEMEXPERT-T III

The Expert-T III can handle up to 240 Drives at once, provides live back-up (if you use two of them or the I-MOTION-Server), gives you real-time 3D overview of your scenery, is equipped with collisioncontrol, fully synchronized movements and many more features.

SSD Harddrive, 24″ Touchscreen, 3D Interface, and of course UPS are almost as cool as the new extended Hot-Key area for quick access to almost endless functions. Continous development and feedback from our customers worldwide made it the perfect product. Of course, it is approved to BGV-C1 (DGUV 17) and EN61508 (SIL 3). Interfaces to triggers like Artnet, PSN are standard.
