The time-saving assembly and dismantling with the Tri-Frames that were developed specifically for the PRO-series is part of this. Furthermore, the cabinets are available in two sizes, 500x500mm (sBL) and 500x1000mm (BL) so that all kinds of assemblies are possible.

Of course, the P2+BL PRO is tested for its construction and certified by TÜV. To guarantee a steady quality, even the manufacturing process is regularly controlled by TÜV in all its steps. The wall has also been tested for photobiological safety and electromagnetic compatibility and complies with the Low Voltage Directive. The 3-year LEDTEK guarantee is of course also applicable to the P2+PRO.

The LEDTEK Tri-Frame was developed specifically for the PRO-series. Its features make it an Allround-talent. The TÜV-certified stabilisation and stiffening option is compatible with the P4+WH PRO as well as the P2+BL PRO. Hence, it is not restricted to either indoor or outdoor use.

In cooperation with A.T.C. and EXPO Engineering the Tri-Frame was developed to cover the use of an LED wall under the influence of wind. Its strengths are particularly evident in the fact that it makes large outdoor LED set-ups possible in a much more time- and material-efficient manner than other methods of construction. With the simple plug-in system of the Tri-Frames, work can be done quickly and there is no need for tedious piping. For example, the Tri-Frame makes outdoor structures of up to 12 m span width possible at wind speeds of up to 30 m/s, which only have to be supported horizontally twice.

Furthermore, the Tri-Frame is a main component with a number of possibilities of the LED assembly. Thus, indoor structures of up to 8 m and outdoor structures of up to 7 m can be realised with the Tri-Frame studding. It can also be used in combination with Layher scaffolding for assembling. Particularly narrow LED walls are possible thanks to the Tri-Frame base plate, and the LED trolley also works with the three-point truss as a stabilising element.

The Tri-Frame is 480 mm wide and 1050 mm high. It holds exactly one large or two small LEDTEK modules.

The P2+sBL NEO is a high-end LED wall for indoor areas. Not only is it perfectly usable as a rental thanks to the QUADTEK technology and the extremely robust LEDs, but thanks to its scan rate of 1/13 and the 2.6mm pixelpitch, it is predestined for the use in movie and TV studios. Not only the video content on the LED wall is limitless, but so is the LED wall itself because the P2+sBL NEO can be constructed straight or curved.

The NEO-series is also entirely compatible with the PRO-series. Hence, the P2+sBL NEO can, like the PRO, be constructed with all variations of the Tri-Frame system. A fast and efficient installation and a calculated and safe construction are made possible.

The P4+WH PRO V3 is an outdoor wall of the professional league. It convinces with its simple design and its easy and quick installation – despite the highest level of safety possible.

Its technical details make the P4+WH PRO an all-round talent in any type of weather. Thanks to the IP code 65, the LED wall can defy rain and snow. Even the brightest sun does not turn the wall pale, the opposite is the case. Due to its luminosity of 5,000 nits, the image is still saturated and intensive, even on bright and sunny days. Still, it also shines indoors with simple adjustments.

The version 3 of the P4+WH PRO convinces with some innovations: the magnetic modules make an easy and tool-free exchange possible. The new control boxes ensure a user-friendly procedure: they can be exchanged while the cabinets are still mounted to the Tri-Frame. With the new corner protection, the cabinets are also optimally protected against impacts. The new frames do not only shine with their quick locks and corner protection but make a curved construction possible for the P4+WH PRO for the first time.

The Tri-Frame, that was developed specifically for the PRO-series, makes it resistant to wind. With this three-point truss, a time and material saving installation is possible – it allows span widths up to 12m, that only have to be intercepted horizontally twice, with a simply click system without any time-consuming piping – it does not lose any safety or stability.

The overall system PRO-series is statically calculated in its different variations, so no questions remain unanswered. Besides the truss system that was developed in cooperation with the company Layher, the P4+WH PRO can be used as LED advertising board, dolly or LED trailer.
