The design is based on maintenance-free gliding elements made of the proven tribologically optimized iglidur® materials from igus in combination with rings made of anodized aluminum. For applications requiring a particularly lightweight design, an all-plastic version is also available. For example, the igus slewing ring bearings are used in moving lights or cameras. The black version of the PRT-04 series is particularly suitable for stage applications – for an inconspicuous appearance and a reduction of light reflections.
