To ensure flexibility for the artistic team, the SynchroPoint was developed as a mobile lifting system. The SynchroPoint is a single point hoist that can move around the fly loft. It can be used for moving scenery or props precisely at a specific point, but can also be used to enforce a fly bar where needed. The SynchroPoint can be moved around and installed by a single operator and can be operated using the TNM.

Stage lifts exist in many different forms, and allow for quiet and gentle movements as well as stable support for stages. At Trekwerk, we refer to stage lifts when they are used to move parts of the stage. This can for example be used to optimize the sound of a band in a concert hall, such as here, or can be used as effects in shows.

However, we are also able to built orchestra pit lifts. The orchestra pit lift provides variable placement of the height of the orchestra pit. When no orchestra is present, an orchestra lift can be placed at stage level or audience level. It can then function as an extension of the stage and improvement of sightlines, or additional space for seating by adding seating wagons.

Our wire tension grid floor is designed in such a way that it is solid enough to walk on safely, but fine enough to not form an obstacle for the quality of the lighting on stage.
This means the stage lighting, which is situated above the tension grid, is fully accessible. Another benefit for this solution is that you do not have to enter the stage to reach the lighting. Cables and electrical wires as well as chain hoists can easily pass through. We design the tension grid custom to your situation. Together with BEO Staal, we find the best solution for your theater, studio or concert hall and produce the tension grid in our factory.

Our lamel grid is another version of a technical work floor above the stage. It is built up of different lamels, which can individually be flipped open. It is often used in theaters as this system has many benefits.
Each lamel can be flipped open, creating a gap, to lower a point hoist or chain hoist. The gap between each lamel when closed is a free space which can also be used to lower point or chain hoists. Cables can be neatly hidden underneath each lamel. The lamel floor is available in a variety of perforations or non-perforated options, depending on your acoustics and your local fire regulations (sprinkler systems).

The SynchroDisk is our silent, compact, and dynamic theater winch, with a standard payload of 500kg @ 2 m/sec.

The SynchroDisk has a brushless permanent magnet synchronous motor. The motor has a compact built-in two stage planetary gear fabricated in Germany. This makes it possible to place the motor inside the nylon cable drum without exceeding the width of 400mm. Due to the compact size, easy implementation and system set-up, 2 rows of SynchroDisks are able to cover 20 cm distance between fly bars. Because the drum encloses the motor, its noise is reduced and the winch can be installed outside a machine room, for example above the stage.
