Prolight + Sound Bangkok is the new international professional AV exhibition in Bangkok and part of the global Prolight + Sound brand. As a central trade fair for event technology in South-East Asia, it opens up the fast-growing markets of the ASEAN region and provides direct access to the regional entertainment industry.

Where does it take place?
The exhibition is held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok, Thailand – one of South-East Asia’s most modern exhibition and convention centres in the heart of the ASEAN region.

Prolight + Sound Frankfurt (until 2025)
Since 1995, Prolight + Sound was held at the Frankfurt exhibition grounds – most recently celebrating a major anniversary. The level of commitments for the 2026 edition did not reach a point that would have ensured a satisfactory staging of Prolight + Sound.
For this reason, we have taken the difficult decision to discontinue Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt.
Although the event will no longer take place in Frankfurt, the brand remains an important part of our international trade fair portfolio.
