The Kinesys Apex system is the complete solution to high-end chain hoist control applications. It includes all the features you would expect like compliance with EN61508-SIL3 and DIN56950, sub millimetre precision and true zero speed hover. The Kinesys Apex Hoist range offers 500kg (1200lb), 1250kg (2750lb), and 500kg Servo options. The hoists have maximum speeds of 500mm/s (100ft/min), 200mm/s (40ft/min), and 610mm/s (120ft/min) respectively in compact packages while still maintaining the highest safety standards suitable for movement over people in show situations.

Kinesys DigiHoist is a fixed speed digital control system for chain hoists with safety group functionality which has been created to be a flexible, configurable, next generation control solution.

DigiHoist incorporates all the safety functionality required to work in group hoist mode and is in compliance with many strict EU standards. Load monitoring, group stop, positioning and self healing emergency stop are standard DigiHoist features, all working within a user friendly digital platform.

The Kinesys Pulse Hoist is a variable speed electric chain hoist with a lifting capacity of 2500 kg. The hoist is powered by the Kinesys Pulse Drive 7.5 kW and can be operated using the TAIT Navigator™ Automation Platform.
The maximum lift speed is 200 mm/s and the integrated load cell with overload and underload protection means that the hoist meets SIL 3 requirements.
The Pulse Hoist features dual silent brakes and ultra-smooth movement resulting from precision speed and position control.
In conjunction with Navigator™, key data such as load and temperature can be monitored. This allows users to ensure that the hoist is not over-exerted, that regulatory requirements are met, and that maintenance schedules are kept precisely.
