The new business platform for event planners

Prolight+Sound in cooperation with the European Association of Event Centers (EVVC) presents the first MICE at Prolight+Sound. Prolight+Sound is the world’s leading trade fair for event and communication technology, AV production and entertainment and has held a fixed place in the trade-fair calendar of the event sector for many years

Prolight+Sound is where exhibitors from the audio, event, lighting, communication, theatre, stage and media engineering sectors, as well as the fields of image communication and systems integration, get together with technicians and engineers, buyers, concert agencies, event planners and everyone else with an interest in event technology. In other words, Prolight+Sound is where the entire sector meets.

MICE Meeting Club
A special feature of MICE at Prolight+Sound is the opportunity to make direct contact with representatives
of the various event halls. To this end, the exclusive MICE Meeting Club offers the ideal setting for
getting to know and interviewing these potential business partners in a relaxed atmosphere.

Event halls present their services
MICE at Prolight+Sound is aimed at event planners, corporate planners, professional congress organisers, agencies, associations, parties and municipalities. Selected member and partner companies of the EVVC will make presentations in a setting reminiscent of a gallery. The EVVC is the sector’s biggest umbrella association and represents around 560 event centres, congress centres, arenas and special-event locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and other neighbouring European countries. Supplementing the broad spectrum represented by the association will be around 50 partner companies from the event sector. You can meet the contact people of the right locations for your event in Galleria.1 at Prolight+Sound from 12 to 15 March 2008. Take advantage of the pleasant lounge atmosphere to make initial contacts or conduct intensive advisory talks away from the hustle and bustle of the fair. Also here, you will find event-service providers from the catering, tents, decoration, ticketing/admission, hire furniture and mobility fields.
