Over and above the exhibition stand we shall, from 2012, once again be offering exhibitors at Proligth + Sound the opportunity to present technologies, processes and prospects (which may be linked to products) to be a broad trade and professional public in the Media Systems Congress.
The aim of the manufacturers' forum is to give new impetus and ideas to the sectors, to foster interdisciplinary communication and to provide information on new developments and areas of application. Don´t miss this opportunity for an exchange of ideas and experiences and for discussions with other professionals.
Your attention is drawn to a number of new features:
The new meeting venue is the conference area in hall 9, level T (Cosmopolitan Lounge). We are currently working on the content and details of the programme. The plan is to use 4 venues, each offering approx. 40 lectures of approx. 40 minutes each. In addition, we should also like to offer you, for the first time, the opportunity to use the Saturday for lectures too.
As an exhibitor at Prolight+ Sound, you have the opportunity to present your products and services in a short lecture to a trade an professional public with an interest in your field. Why not take advantage of this opportunity to make contact directly with those trade and professional visitors (there is no extra charge for exhibitors at the trade fair Prolight + Sound 2012). However, it will not be possible merely to present a simple product presentation.
Submissions for lectures may be registered up until 11 November 2011.
We should be grateful if you could let us have a short, informal description of the content in a few sentences. This can be sent with your request for registration or separately by e-mail to: anke

messefrankfurt
.com. Lectures are generally approx. 40 mins. long (plus short discussion at the end).
Please try to make the topic as fresh and interesting for the audience as possible. In addition, the talk should be aimed at a diverse public. It is therefore important to choose a form of words that the non-specialist, too, can follow. New approaches and visionary ideas are welcome. It is not necessary to put forward fully developed ideas. Lots of illustrative material is a desirable feature.
We shall, of course, be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
